Hi, I'm Carver.

Born and raised in Reading, PA, I am a twin, politics junkie, travel enthusiast, and history nerd. After graduating from Penn State in 2017, I joined my wife Kali in Pittsburgh.

Work

In my career, I have managed campaigns in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania including challenging Senate Republican Majority leadership in 2018, defending the Pittsburgh City Councilor President in 2019, and managing a top red-to-blue State House target in 2020.
